PERILS ABOUND
Oh, such incongruous wailings we daily endure. “They” say that our very democracy is in peril, from the socialist left or the fascist right. Or is it the other way around? I get so confused by the rampant hyperbole.
In reality, the only true threat to democracy in America is that it may never be tried, before one of the perpetually warring parties achieve their despotic dreams of absolute power. Someone really should do something about all this falderal!
